Your account and content
Use an account you are entitled to access and keep your sign-in details secure. The service is not directed to children under 13 or anyone below the age required by local law.
Submit only images and instructions you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for permissions relating to people, artwork, brands and other protected material, and for how you use or publish the result. A paid generation does not grant rights to another person's likeness, trademarks or copyrighted work.
Permitted use
Do not submit illegal content, pornography, sexualized minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, exploitation or harassment. Do not use the service to impersonate someone deceptively, infringe rights or bypass security and usage limits.
Do not remove or conceal attribution, provenance labels, safety disclosures or other notices that you are not authorized to alter. We may reject content or restrict accounts, tasks, downloads or payments where necessary to address misuse, security risks, payment disputes or legal requests.
Permission to process your material
You retain your rights in the material you submit. You give AnimateImage a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, process and deliver that material and its generated results as needed to provide the service, handle support, maintain security and meet legal obligations. This is not a transfer of ownership or permission to publish your uploads in marketing.
AI results and your review
AI can change faces, lettering, shapes, backgrounds and other details. A prompt does not guarantee an exact movement or an unchanged subject. Review the complete video before using it, especially for product claims, identifiable people and important text.
We do not guarantee that a result is perfect, suitable for every purpose or legally safe to publish. You are responsible for checking the rights and requirements that apply to your intended use.
Credits and one-time purchases
Credit packs are one-time purchases, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Check the price, currency, included credits, expiry and final payment total before paying. Each pack follows the terms attached to that purchase.
The selected settings determine a generation's credit quote. Confirming a task reserves those credits; successful completion charges them. A confirmed processing failure or cancellation accepted before dispatch releases the reservation. Cancellation may be unavailable after dispatch.
A new generation requires a new quote and confirmation. Downloading an existing result while it remains available does not incur another generation charge. An unwanted creative result is not automatically a technical failure. Credit returns and payment refunds are separate; the Refund Policy explains the rules.
Storage and deletion
Results are private by default and available for a limited period. Download anything you want to keep. Media retention and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy. Deleting an account or a result does not itself request a payment refund.
Support, complaints and changes
For account questions, rights complaints or a review of a restriction, email support@removetext.video with “AnimateImage” in the subject and a relevant job or purchase reference. Do not send passwords or full payment details.
We may update these terms as the service changes and provide appropriate notice of material changes. Purchase terms remain associated with the relevant transaction. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or legal protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
