Contact and privacy requests
For privacy, access, correction or deletion requests, email support@removetext.video and include “AnimateImage” in the subject. Include the relevant account email or job reference, but never send passwords, login codes or full payment details.
Images, prompts and generated videos
Choosing an image prepares a preview on your device. The image and motion instructions are sent for AI processing only when you confirm submission. A generation request includes the source image, prompt, selected settings and file information needed to produce the video.
We use this information to process your request, deliver the result, resolve problems and prevent misuse. Uploaded images and generated results are private by default. Submitting an image does not give us permission to publish it as a public example or advertisement.
Service providers involved in processing receive the information needed for their role. Their applicable privacy and content-handling terms also govern their processing. Do not submit confidential material or another person's information without authority to do so.
Accounts and payments
Account records may include your email address, display name, sign-in identifier, profile image, session information, credit balance and task history. We use these records to provide account access, associate jobs with their owner and maintain purchase and credit records.
The payment service shown at checkout handles payment credentials. We keep purchase references, amounts, currency, payment status and related credit entries. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes.
Support and service records
If you contact support, we use your email, message and relevant account, purchase or job references to investigate and reply. You do not need to send your source image to raise a billing question.
Service records may include connection information, error categories, request times and security events needed to operate the service and investigate misuse. These records are restricted to authorized access. Uploads and full motion prompts do not belong in website usage statistics.
How long information is kept
Source images are retained for up to 7 days after upload or the most recent processing activity. Results created with promotional credits are retained for up to 7 days after completion; paid results are retained for up to 30 days. Files needed for an active task or unresolved cleanup may remain until that work finishes. Expired media is removed during scheduled cleanup. Download any result you want to keep before its retention period ends.
Support records are kept for up to 180 days, unless an active dispute or a legal requirement requires longer retention. Account, credit, payment and security records may be kept as needed for account operation, fraud prevention, disputes, tax and legal obligations. Removing media does not automatically erase related purchase or task records.
A deletion request removes eligible information through the applicable deletion process. Backup and service-provider copies may take additional time to expire. We explain any legal or security limit affecting your request.
Children, international processing and changes
The service is not directed to children under 13 or anyone below the age required by local law. Do not submit sexualized or exploitative content involving minors.
Service providers may process information outside your country. We may disclose information when required by law or needed to protect rights, safety and service security.
We update this policy when our practices change. Material changes receive an appropriate notice. See the Terms of Use and Refund Policy for account and purchase conditions.
